Mrs. Krishnan’s Party

A sequel to the much-loved story of Krishnan’s Dairy created in 1997 to great acclaim, fast forward twenty years and you will be treated to a ‘party within a play’. This comedic, odd couple drama pushes boundaries and breaks the rules of the theatre to create a truly moving story of Mrs. Krishnan and her boarder. Battle of the Bombays

This annual one day inter-tertiary regatta will put the University of Waikato against rivals Auckland University. The event is held at home on the Waikato River, and students must navigate the river’s currents to finish the fastest. Come on down and support your homegrown heroes as they take on the big smoke this Saturday.

Ensemble Zefiro

The extraordinary colours of 17th and 18th century woodwind instruments have lent Italy’s Ensemble Zefiro a cult following.  Light, elegant and unapologetically entertaining, these compositions dazzled 18th century nobility with their easy charms. Zefiro’s unique timbres and brilliant virtuosity is no less beguiling today. This ticketed event will be held at Gallagher Academy of Performing Arts on Sunday late afternoon.
